Frances F Graham
Frances Graham’s background includes significant expertise in project management, service redesign and cancer policy reform. Since August 2023 she has been employed as the Victorian Integrated Cancer Services (VICS) Optimal Care Summits Project Manager in the delivery of the summit program. This program delivers strategic consultation, multidisciplinary engagement, data and information analysis, and reporting to examine tumour-specific patterns of cancer care and identify unwarranted variations in clinical practice and cancer outcomes against the Optimal Cancer Pathways, and priority activities to address them. Prior to her current role she was a senior project manager at the Victorian Department of Health where she was instrumental in the preparation and delivery of the Victorian Cancer Plan Monitoring and Evaluation Framework baseline progress report. This report was used to inform the development of the next cancer plan 2024-2028.
Frances holds a PhD in public health from the University of Otago, NZ focusing on environmental epidemiology of Legionnaires’ disease.
