Mollie Wilson
I am a PhD candidate, with a background in social psychology and research at the University of Melbourne. I manage a WCMICS funded research project “Establishing and Implementing a First Nations Cancer Coordinator: Improving outcomes for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People with Cancer”, under the supervision of Prof Jennifer Philip, Prof Brian Le, and Prof Gail Garvey. The project is overseen, at all stages, by a community advisory group of First Nations cancer survivors, Aboriginal health workers and representatives from community organisations. I am profoundly grateful for the privilege of collaborating with and learning from the dedicated First Nations community at the forefront of Indigenous cancer research and care.
