Sam Maleki
Sam Maleki is the Senior Translational Research & Cancer Medicine Pharmacist at Eastern Health, Melbourne. He is a PhD candidate at Monash University’s Centre for Medicine Use and Safety (CMUS), where his research examines evidence-based deprescribing and medication optimisation in older adults with cancer.
Sam’s work spans implementation research, health service evaluation, and pharmacist-led quality improvement, with a strong focus on person-centred care and consumer co-design.
He is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand College of Pharmacists (FANZCAP) in OncHaem and Research.
