Alycia Scannell

Alycia Scannell is a physiotherapist in Adelaide Australia, and director of Adelaide Pelvic Physiotherapy, a private practice providing services to people with a wide range of pelvic floor disorders. She has over 23 years' experience in the fields of women, men and children’s pelvic health. She is an APA Titled Member of the Continence and Women’s Health Group and a Member of the Australian College of Physiotherapists. For over a decade Alycia has been part of a team providing services for men having radical prostate surgery at one of Adelaide's leading surgical centres. In this role she has provided an holistic model of care which has included skills in the innovate use of transpersonal ultrasound to assess and train the pelvic floor muscles for men facing urinary incontinence.
