Leilani is a Survivorship CNC/Nurse Navigator leading the statewide expansion of adult cancer survivorship services across Queensland, Australia. She plays a pivotal role in coordinating survivorship clinics, enhancing multidisciplinary collaboration, and embedding sustainable models of care. Her work demonstrates strategic leadership in program development and innovation. She has a strong interest in implementation science research in survivorship and supportive care, with a focus on translating evidence into practice to improve outcomes for people living with and beyond cancer.
